So we’ve been talking about the next version of twitbin for a while now (a LONG while), and its finally nearing completion. We had to look at the business model under which we were operating twitbin, and we also had to look at the technology we had used to build twitbin (1.0-1.5), and I am happy to say that both are being overhauled for the new version.

Version 2.0 of twitbin has been completely rewritten from the ground up. EVERYTHING is faster. Everything is smoother. Almost everything is prettier too. So we’re also unveiling a new version of the site, and we are hoping to get your feedback (both positive and negative) on the new version so that we can make it much better.

One thing that is coming back is the ads. We can’t really keep running the system without them. We will be offering an option to remove the ads, but we are going to try and keep that option affordable and for those of you who don’t remove them, we will make them infrequent. If you want to get some free advertising when the new version is launched. Please email me twitbin[at]gmail.com
